We've fielding numerous switching electric provider questions, here are the top 5.

Will my electric service be interrupted if I switch providers?

No.

How soon will I be switched?

If you're currently not under contract, 1-7 business days. If your current contract has time remaining, it will switch on the monthly meter read your contract expires.

Will the reliability of my electric service change?

No. Your local utility will continue to deliver your electricity with the same safety and reliability.

Do I need to tell my current provider that I'm switching?

No. Your current provided will be notified as part of the switch process.

If my current contract hasn't expired, can I still switch to a new provider?

You can sign your next contract now to reserve a fixed per kWh price, but you won't switch to your new provider until your current contract ends.
